Chromebooks for JJE! Please donate.

John Johnson Elementary is known as the place "Where Everybody is Somebody".    We want every child to be somebody that is prepared for the future.  We believe the future is revolving around technology.  Therefore, we have a desire that all of our students have the opportunity to use a variety of technology  to prepare them for the future.

Our school serves a little more than 500 students.  At this time we have 1 cart with 32 Chromebooks to share with all of our students.  We would like to start with a goal of purchasing another class set of Chromebooks to be shared throughout the school so that more students have the opportunity to use this technology,

Our goal is to raise these funds by the end of summer.  Any contributions that can be made to help with this goal would be very much appreciated by teachers and students.  Our students love the Chromebooks and love having them intergrated into the learning process.  Chromebooks make a huge difference in how our teachers are able to differentiate instruction so that each child can be reached. The teachers, that have used the one cart we own, have remarked that all of their students have benefited in some area of their learning process and are excited about taking ownership in their learning.

Please consider supporting our need, so that our students can build the best possible foundation for their future as they become OUR future.
