Annual Volunteer Recertification Training Requirements

Returning Volunteers:  Due to the current pandemic, Id badges will not be processed & delivered to your student's school until face-to-face instruction resumes  

First-Time Volunteers:  An initial face-to face training session is required for first-time volunteers.  Due to the current pandemic, training sessions for new volunteers will not begin until the 2nd nine weeks of school. Check the Parent & Family Engagement Calendar of Events link for training session updates

Online Annual Update and Recertification Directions

Complete the following 3 hyperlinks below to recertify (returning volunteers) as a 2020-2021 volunteer

1.  Complete the 2020-2021 Volunteer Needs Assessment

Submit your responses and use the back arrow key, located at the top left of your screen, to return to this page

        3.  Click here to review an updated  Volunteer Program Agreement Form for the 2020-2021 school year.

Electronic Photo Submission Requirements

        4.   Last year's photo will be used unless you email a new photo using the photo requirements below:

The photo must be front facing, chest up, with a solid background

Save the image with your first and last name (Ex: John Smith)
