Infinite Campus Parent Portal
Parents of students in grades K-12 have access to class schedules, attendance records, and grades through the Parent Portal which is an easy-to-use, secure communications tool.

How to set up your Parent Portal Account
Step 1: Go to the DCBOE website and go to the For Parent tab, select Parent Portal Access.
Step 2: Read the Decatur County School District Acceptable Use Policy/User Guidelines for the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Click here to access
Step 3: Click here to obtain your Activation Key here, you must write this Activation Key down.
Step 4: Click - Manually Enter Activation Key & Enter Activation Key
Step 5: Create your Username & Password (Password must reach 100% & turn green). Verify Password.
Step 6: Click Create Account
Step 7: Message will appear – Campus Portal account creation successful!
Username and Password Creation
Enter a Username. Use an alphanumeric (both letters and numbers) username
Enter a Password. Use an alphanumeric password. Passwords should be at least 6 characters long. The system requires a Strong Password, it must meet three of the four qualifications:
- A lower case letter (a, j, r, etc.)
- An upper case letter (A, J, R, etc.)
- A number (3,7,1, etc.)
- A symbol (@, %, &, etc.)
- Re-enter the password in the Verify Password field.
- Click the Create Account button.
