Decatur County Schools annually reviews and revises our Title I Parent Involvement Plan and our CLIP (Consolidated LEA Implementation Plan). The annual review process is discussed at our annual Title I Stakeholder Meeting. Opportunities to attend these meetings will be held on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at noon and 5:30 pm. at the Decatur County Student Support Center (507 Martin Street in West Bainbridge). All parents and stakeholders are encouraged to attend this informational meeting.
Stakeholders are also invited to visit the Decatur County Parent Resource Center on July 19th between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:30 pm to participate in the annual review process. The District CLIP, District Parent Involvement Plan, and Individual School wide and Parent Involvement Plans will be available for review. Parents and stakeholders are encouraged to view these plans and offer feedback and suggestions. These plans will be posted online on July 13, 2016, and can be accessed via www.dcboe.com.
