TITLE III - ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNERS
The Title III Federal Program identifies and serves English Language Learners in Decatur County. English Language (EL) learners are identified using the W-APT screener or ACCESS. Student eligibility is determined by individual test scores and once a student is eligible, parent permission is required for participation in English as a Second Language Program (ESOL).
ESOL service sites: Jones Wheat Primary, West Bainbridge Primary, Hutto Elementary School, Bainbridge Middle School, and Bainbridge High School.
