Meet Aydan: The Heart of the Chaos ✨

Meet Aydan. He’s the one with the constant smile, inspiring others to join in the FIRST program and making everyone feel like they are an integral part of our [cy]BEARCATS 11214 robotics team.

Aydan says, ""FIRST took me from overthinking every bolt to realizing that through the chaos, challenge, and discovery, I can engineer real solutions—and a version of myself I finally have the confidence to believe in."

For Aydan, FRC isn’t just about the mechanics; it’s about the mentality. He’s learned that the "chaos" of a build season isn't something to fear—it’s where the best versions of ourselves are discovered.

Here's to all the FRC teams and the spirit of collaboration through chaos. FIRST is definitely where CONFIDENCE is ENGINEERED. Hats off to all of you and have a fabulous championship weekend!

Meet Aydan who understands that CONFIDENCE can be ENGINEERED!
Meet Michael, he is the heartbeat of FRC team [cy]BEARCATS #11214!

Michael says, "In FIRST, I learned that peak performance requires two things: a precise shot and an unbeatable vibe which is why, as a Human Player, I’ve learned that the most important connection on the field isn't the wires—it’s the energy between the drive teams."

Shout out to all the other Human Players keeping the VIBE --it's the only way!

Michael, our hearbeat, VIBE AND PLAY, IT'S THE ONLY WAY!
"Here’s to the girls who build, code, lead, and inspire. You are showing the world what it means to play—and win—like a girl."

Huge shoutout to GIRLS FIRST for hosting such an empowering experience at the Peachtree District Championship for all the GIRLS in at the Georgia State FIRST Robotics Competition this week! 🚀✨

Our rookie lady [CY]BEARCATS #11214 didn't just attend; they took up space, found their voices, and owned their value. From networking with fellow innovators to celebrating a massive rookie season, this event was a core memory in the making.

🦾 Why We’re Celebrating:
Empowerment: Our girls walked away knowing they don’t just belong in STEM—they lead it.
Community: Building bridges and networking with other incredible girls in FIRST.
Fellowship: The girls absolutely loved the FLRT drinks and the chance to bond outside the pits! 🥤👯‍♀️

👑 Representing Like a GIRL
We are beyond proud of these strong student leaders who represent FIRST with grace, grit, and intelligence. To all the girls in robotics: you aren't just the future of the industry—you are the powerhouse of the present.

🎳 STRIKES, SPINS, AND STATE CHAMPIONSHIP WINS! 🎳

The [cy]BEARCATS #11214 have officially landed in Macon, Georgia! After getting our pit dropped off, we took a detour to PinStrikes for some serious team bonding and a very special celebration.

🎂 Happy Birthday, Mentor Kyle Kelley!
To celebrate the man who keeps our gears turning, the team pooled our piles of hard earned arcade tickets to get Mr. Kelley the ultimate birthday haul. --at least the best we could get in the arcarde...talk about collaboration!

🌟 Hidden Talents & CORE Memories
Who knew the shop wasn’t the only place we shined?
Bowling Pro: Michael shocked us all with some absolute heater frames—look out, PBA!
Boxing Champs: We spent the night trying to top the leader board on the boxing game, playing until they practically actually turned the lights out! (or maybe we were just that good?)
Groove Central: Between the strikes, we were busy dancing to the music and catching up with our friends from Team Lambda 9477.

We are feeling fueled up, bonded, and ready to take the field tonight. Let’s make some noise for the Peachtree State Championship! 🤖🦾
